Lift technician — Marquette County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Marquette County, Michigan. You will work in a residential tower block. On a typical shift you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
