On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 6+ years on the tools preferred.
