Join our team: we are hiring a panel welder in Pipestone County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy production line. Day to day you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
