Gas metal arc welder — Miller County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Miller County, Georgia. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
