Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals Your main tasks: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
