Immediate opening: scaffolding supervisor (South Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Chester County, South Carolina. You will work at a commercial fit-out project. What we are looking for: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Able to read basic scaffold drawings You will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
