Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Rotating shifts.
