On the job you will handle: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Six days a week, one day off.
