Bakery assistant wanted in Bethel Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bethel Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
