Tig welder • Asari-Toru, Rivers State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Asari-Toru, Rivers State. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
