The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
