Now hiring: we are hiring a marble polisher in Washington County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound Rotating shifts. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
