Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Dorchester County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
