Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Sweet Grass County, Montana. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
