Cold store insulation technician • Sagadahoc County, Maine

Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Sagadahoc County, Maine. The job is at a cold storage facility. Your main tasks: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends.
