Meat cutter wanted in Gunnison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Gunnison County, Colorado. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
