Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer ₦8,000 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
