Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Eaton County, Michigan. The job is in a commercial cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Full-time with occasional weekends.
