Commercial refrigeration engineer • Ido, Oyo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Ido, Oyo State. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders The role involves: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
