Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Vigo County, Indiana. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
