Construction helper — Neosho County

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Neosho County, Kansas. You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Day to day you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
