Dishwashing attendant wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lincoln County, Maine. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
