Abattoir worker wanted in Blue Earth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
