QC inspector wanted in Atascosa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC inspector in Atascosa County, Texas. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
