Now hiring: CNC milling operator (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Schuyler County, Missouri. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production.
