Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
