The role involves press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts.
