Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Audubon County, Iowa. You will work at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
