Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Sunflower County, Mississippi. The job is in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
