Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Woodward County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Your main tasks: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
