MIG/MAG welder wanted in Martin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Martin County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Your main tasks: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
