Fitter on the line — Surrey

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Surrey, England. What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Careful handling of tools and components • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Day to day you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer £2,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
