Scaffolding charge hand — Blanco County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Blanco County, Texas. Requirements: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings The role involves plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
