Immediate opening: kitchen steward (South Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
