The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Part-time with flexible hours.
