Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
