We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Screven County, Georgia. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
