Immediate opening: AC and fridge repair technician (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in City of Hopewell, Virginia. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. On the job you will handle: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Service split AC units and VRF systems What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
