Gas meter installer — Okobo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
