Cnc lathe setter wanted in Perry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Perry County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Load and index turning tools in the turret What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
