Urgent requirement: press shop operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press shop operator in Mason County, Michigan. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
