Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Six days a week, one day off. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
