Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant.
