Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Franklin County, Tennessee. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
