We are recruiting: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Menifee County, Kentucky. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings On the job you will handle: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
