Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Carroll County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster You will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; check for underground cables and services before digging. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
