Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Chautauqua County, New York. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 3+ years on the tools preferred.
