Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
