Stainless steel welder wanted in Mercer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Mercer County, Kentucky. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On a typical shift you will keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
