Milling machinist wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Lincoln County, Tennessee. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
